Hi, I'm Alex. I live somewhere in Palo Alto, CA.

I really hope that right now I'm actually doing work on Project UBER, our ~~upcoming~~ partially completed game which we've been working on for more years than I can count (I promise it might be done kind of soon...), but otherwise I'm probably getting distracted by one of the following things:

Zelda! Due to my video game-deprived childhood I have recently become slightly addicted to Zelda (which is Carl's fault). I've beaten ~~three~~ four Zelda games. How many have you beaten?
Some interesting programming problems that I can do to make me feel like I'm accomplishing stuff while not doing any actual work (which can be found here)

Hey there!

I'm Carl Jackson, and as you can see above, I work very hard keeping this site running. I attend Phillips Academy in Andover, MA, and I enjoy math, science, and writing history papers (no, really!), in addition to ultimate frisbee, robot love, the internet, and all the other things 17-year-old's enjoy (kids these days!). This is about my 10^th wobsite—other notable ones include The Phillipian's website, which I recently rewrote using Ruby on Rails. In additon to HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP, and Ruby, I also enjoy coding in ActionScript and Python. I hate Java.
